QMS and Training Coordinator (Quality Systems)

Location: On-site in Loveland, Colorado, United States; Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position.

Salary: $27.40–$29.17 USD per hour, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Administer the site's Quality Management System, document control, training, onboarding, and qualification processes.
• Maintain accurate records and business systems while monitoring completion and compliance requirements.
• Support audit readiness and explain QMS and training requirements to employees and process owners.
• Resolve atypical issues using established procedures and prior practice.
• Improve the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of team support while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Business, Human Resources, Training, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of experience in quality systems, training administration, onboarding coordination, compliance, document control, or related manufacturing support.
• Experience using a Learning Management System, quality system, document management system, or similar business system.
• Strong internal customer service orientation and ability to work with a wide range of partners.
• Ability to organize detailed work and manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work on site in Loveland, Colorado, Monday through Friday.
