Senior Project Manager - Business Operations (AI)

Location: Remote in Spain, with listed locations in Barcelona, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, and Valencia; working from global offices is also available.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Business Operations projects from scoping through go-live.
• Gather requirements, manage scope and timelines, track risks, and report decisions and progress to leadership.
• Coordinate CRM configuration, business process, and internal tool changes with Commercial Systems and partner teams.
• Run testing and UAT cycles, coordinate rollout communications, and prepare training and sales enablement materials.
• Mentor junior colleagues and improve project planning and delivery practices.
• Lead AI-related initiatives that automate internal business operations and improve project workflows.

Requirements

• Substantial project management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with project management methods and tools for planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and connected business processes; Salesforce experience is welcome but not required.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and the ability to collaborate across teams without direct reporting lines.
• Interest in applying AI tools to research, documentation, automation, or project workflows.
• Ability to structure ambiguous work independently and operate with substantial autonomy.
