Salesforce Technical Project Manager (Salesforce Digital Transformation Center) (Remote US)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S. and perform all work in the U.S. Preference is given to East Coast candidates. Core hours are 8 AM–6 PM EST, with occasional after-hours P1/P2 incident response, scheduled deployments, and participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Salary: $119,323–$202,850 annually.

What you will do

• Manage Salesforce Digital Transformation Center operations, service delivery, and daily operational support.
• Lead Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists while managing the client relationship.
• Oversee customer presales support, requirements discovery, solution recommendations, onboarding, and technical design reviews.
• Manage release calendars, customer deployments, CI/CD activities, platform licenses, and renewal efforts.
• Lead ATO renewal assessments, governance documentation, policies, procedures, and technology standards.
• Prepare monthly reports covering performance, deliverables, schedules, financials, and SLA attainment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex IT projects and managing technical staff, with direct contract delivery responsibility.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce projects or Centers of Excellence in client-facing roles.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and an included Trailblazer profile link.
• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting or administration experience, including declarative development in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years coordinating Salesforce deployments and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub as source control.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, U.S. residence, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust or equivalent investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Consultant or Architect certifications.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government clients and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• PMP certification and experience with enterprise data governance or Salesforce Data 360.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, OmniStudio, Salesforce CRM licenses, AppExchange utilities, DocuSign, Own, MFA/SSO, networking, and encryption.
• Experience with Salesforce fit analysis, solution architecture, client consultation, and complex cost allocation or chargeback reporting.
