Salesforce Technical Consultant and Project Manager (Salesforce Digital Transformation Center) – (Remote US)

Location: Remote within the United States; preference for East Coast candidates. All work must be performed in the U.S. Core hours are 8 AM–6 PM EST, with occasional after-hours support and participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Foreign locations and foreign IP addresses are blocked.

Salary: $119,323.00–$202,850.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead operations and service delivery for a multi-org Salesforce Digital Transformation Center.
• Manage Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists while leading client relationships and operational meetings.
• Support presales discovery, solution recommendations, requirements mapping, and high-level estimates.
• Onboard customer project teams, coordinate releases, manage CI/CD activities, and oversee deployment calendars.
• Manage licenses, platform ATO assessments, operational support, governance documentation, and service improvements.
• Lead technical design reviews and prepare monthly reports covering performance, deliverables, schedules, financials, and SLAs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required, along with U.S. work authorization and residence in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust or equivalent background investigation.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex IT projects and technical staff.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce projects or Centers of Excellence in client-facing roles.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting or administration, declarative development, Salesforce deployments, and CI/CD coordination using GitHub.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Consultant or Architect certifications and PMP certification.
• Experience with U.S. government clients and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Experience with Data 360, enterprise data governance, cloud data warehousing, Mulesoft, OmniStudio, AppExchange, DocuSign, or Own.
• Knowledge of MFA/SSO, networking, encryption, Salesforce licensing, and API-based integrations.
• Strong client relationship, critical thinking, problem-solving, written communication, and leadership skills.
