Product Manager (UX)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $110.4K–$220.8K annual base salary, plus potential equity, bonus, wellness allowance, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for US employees.

What you will do

• Design social journeys covering discovery, following, sharing ideas or trades, responses, and repeat engagement.
• Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, feedback, empty states, loading states, and failure states.
• Create interactive prototypes, explore alternatives, and provide engineering with clear flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
• Use user research, usability sessions, funnel data, and behavioral psychology to improve participation and confidence.
• Define success metrics, evaluate experiments with data science, and track completion, contribution, response, and retention outcomes.
• Own product decisions through launch, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review implementation, and prioritize post-launch improvements.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping consumer social experiences such as feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities.
• Strong interaction design skills and the ability to explain flow structure, hierarchy, user understanding, and unnecessary steps.
• Ability to build realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination, including transitions and failure states.
• Ability to use user research and evidence to challenge assumptions and change designs.
• Ability to own product outcomes, prioritize problems, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and evaluate experiments.
• Understanding of social finance, including credibility, incentives, reputation, and the visibility of financial activity.
