Senior Analytics Developer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Deliver data warehouse and analytics solutions by developing ETL packages, dashboards, reports, cubes, and visualizations.
• Write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
• Analyze source data, perform quality profiling and change data capture, and improve pipeline performance.
• Evaluate data quality and communicate trends, findings, and quantitative analysis in a clear, actionable way.
• Gather business requirements, own analytics projects, document solutions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Support training and share expertise on analytics tools and solutions with staff and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of experience querying and/or analyzing data.
• Advanced SQL and relational database skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack: SSRS, SSMS, SSIS, and SSAS.
• Experience with report writing and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working across analysis, design, development, and support, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, prioritization, and business requirements-gathering skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Clarity data or healthcare systems.
• Experience developing and supporting applications and relational databases.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python.
