Data Products & Analytics Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise data analytics and business intelligence strategy.
• Manage analytics products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered analytics tools.
• Own and administer Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, and similar BI platforms.
• Establish analytics governance, KPI standards, and data visualization best practices.
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Lead Business Intelligence and Data Analyst teams and drive adoption of self-service analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data product management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
• Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics best practices.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
