What you will do

• Manage data acquisition, data quality assurance, and analytical delivery for an assigned client portfolio.
• Implement new systems projects and maintain services for existing clients.
• Communicate data requirements and coordinate data submissions with client technical teams.
• Set up production processes and execute internal operations workflows to deliver high-quality analytics.
• Coordinate with service delivery leadership, product management, client-facing teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, processing, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred and at least 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience analyzing data with SQL Server, writing SQL stored procedures and queries, and working with ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously and explain technical and data issues to clients and internal teams.
• Experience with healthcare data such as ICD-9/10, CPT, and DRG is preferred.
• Experience with project management, solution delivery, healthcare operations, consulting, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
