SAP Data Transformation Specialist

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design, execute, and support large-scale data migration initiatives in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Manage the full migration lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Use SAP LTMC, SLT, LVM, and S/4HANA migration tools to migrate enterprise data from legacy systems.
• Partner with functional teams, business owners, and infrastructure stakeholders throughout migration projects.
• Support data accuracy, completeness, compliance, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of SAP data migration experience; the position lists six or more years of experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP LTMC and S/4HANA migration tools, plus SAP SLT replication scenarios.
• Working knowledge of SAP LVM, SAP master and transactional data structures, and enterprise SAP landscapes.
• Experience with data validation and reconciliation, strong SQL and data analysis skills, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services or other ETL platforms.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-source data migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA database structures.
• SAP S/4HANA certification.
