SAP Consultant (Service, Logistics or ABAP Development)

Location: Hybrid in Zaventem, Belgium, with most work performed at client offices.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in workshops and solution design activities with clients and stakeholders.
• Configure, develop, and optimize SAP applications, including integrations and interfaces.
• Contribute to SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Help clients improve customer service, maintenance processes, and field operations.
• Develop expertise in SAP Field Service Management and related SAP service technologies.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with one or more functional SAP areas: SAP PM, SAP EAM, SAP CS, SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP Logistics processes.
• Alternatively, experience with technical SAP areas: SAP ABAP Development, ABAP OO, SAP Integrations, SAP IDoc, SAP User Exits, BADI Implementations, Web Services and APIs, SQL/Core SQL, HTML, or JavaScript.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to understand business challenges, gather and document requirements, and translate them into practical solutions.
• Customer-oriented mindset and solid general IT understanding.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Willingness to learn and develop within SAP service technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service Cloud, or related SAP service solutions.
• Participation in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in a consulting environment or facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of field service, maintenance, or asset management processes.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or solution design activities.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
