Accenture Construct – UI/UX Designer (Energy), ANS

Location: Houston, TX; hybrid work with a mix of remote work, onsite client or hirify.global office work, and in-person collaboration

What you will do

• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and collaborative design sessions with business, functional, technical, and delivery stakeholders.
• Develop current- and future-state journeys, service blueprints, personas, and end-to-end workflow maps for enterprise and AI-enabled use cases.
• Create information architectures, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Design AI experiences with clear input, review, recommendation, confirmation, escalation, exception-handling, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and subject-matter experts to produce annotated, build-ready designs and support implementation quality checks.
• Manage design deliverables across concurrent activities, document decisions and dependencies, and present solutions to working-level stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, high-fidelity design, interactive prototyping, components, and collaborative design.
• Experience facilitating user workshops, discovery sessions, workflow discussions, or collaborative design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex business processes, pain points, and requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to create user journeys, task flows, workflow diagrams, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes.
• Experience designing enterprise, operational, workflow-driven, or business-to-business applications, including interactive design with users and rapid feedback cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital project delivery, engineering workflows, construction processes, project controls, supply chain, materials management, quality, or field operations.
• Experience designing AI-enabled products, copilots, decision-support solutions, intelligent workflows, or automation use cases.
• Knowledge of service design methods, complex approval workflows, role-based activities, design systems, reusable component libraries, and enterprise application standards.
