Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across procurement, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and material flow.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership on procurement initiatives, lead-time reduction, and outsourcing opportunities.
• Provide resources, work direction, and hands-on problem solving to achieve operational goals.
• Implement material tracking systems and improve material velocity and accuracy.
• Lead transformational projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost reduction, and Lean initiatives.
• Build a continuous improvement culture through employee involvement, problem solving, decision making, and recognition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, materials, supply chain, warehousing, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and influence clearly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience with change management and process improvement in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to work between an office and plant floor and perform physical activities including lifting, pushing, climbing, standing, sitting, and kneeling.
