Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. Hybrid role with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week; additional onsite attendance may be required.

Starting base salary: $156,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and delivery of the transaction platform domain.
• Lead transaction orchestration, transaction data, and transaction eligibility and limits capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to turn platform capabilities into product differentiators.
• Define success metrics and drive improvements in transaction reliability, integration, automation, and fault tolerance.
• Modernize legacy systems and replace them with reusable, composable platform capabilities.
• Build end-to-end product prototypes using AI infrastructure across product, design, data, and code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, preferably with platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Experience defining product vision and roadmaps in ambiguous environments and delivering with limited guidance.
• Technical understanding of APIs, event-driven architecture, orchestration or workflow engines, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities and building consensus without formal authority.
• Experience using AI to build product prototypes across product, design, data, and code.
• Experience improving production-system reliability or automation, including fault tolerance and reduced manual intervention.
