Supply Chain Manager

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; travel up to 20% within the Eindhoven region.

hirify.global’s Planning & Delivery organization manages the supply chain infrastructure required to ensure material availability for factories and customers.

What you will do

• Manage budgets, operational costs, and cost-saving initiatives for assigned supplier warehouses and service centers.
• Monitor supplier performance through weekly and monthly business reviews and ensure adherence to procedures, systems, SLAs, and agreed budgets.
• Translate parts, tools, and packaging handling requirements into warehouse and logistics infrastructure needs.
• Lead infrastructure projects involving new locations, expansions, relocations, and facility changes through successful completion.
• Define and deliver optimization projects that improve cost, material availability, and operational performance.
• Build relationships with Procurement, suppliers, factory logistics, and other internal and external stakeholders while acting as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with project management and service logistics or 3PL management.
• Knowledge of process standardization and LEAN.
• Ability to manage details while maintaining an overview, prioritizing effectively, and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Eindhoven and travel up to 20% within the Eindhoven region.
