What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the corporate new-hire onboarding program with key stakeholders.
- Monitor onboarding timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and resolve delays or process gaps.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including Workday processing, communications, transition details, and termination notifications.
- Maintain HRIS records for hires, promotions, and other employee lifecycle changes, and prepare HR reports and trackers.
- Manage the HR email inbox and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, systems, benefits, and lifecycle matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, education assistance, benefits inquiries, employment verifications, and unemployment claim responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in HR Operations, onboarding, or employee experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or HR technology platforms.
- Strongly preferred experience supporting employee onboarding or offboarding programs.
- Strong communication, organization, independent decision-making, follow-through, and process-improvement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using Workday.
- Experience in HR Operations, employee experience, or a healthcare environment.
