HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Hoboken, or Dallas, with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Administer day-to-day Workday processes, including employee data changes, internal mobility, position management, and selected onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate, complete, timely, and confidential employee data.
• Support compensation processes, reporting, audits, data validation, testing, and data-quality reviews.
• Help HRBPs and People Operations partners resolve Workday questions, transactions, and issues.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve workflows, controls, reporting, and user experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and make practical recommendations when requirements are ambiguous.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on Workday experience in an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Administrator, or similar support role.
• Experience with employee data changes, internal mobility, position management, reporting, audits, and/or onboarding.
• Strong process-optimization mindset with experience improving or documenting workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Clear communication, customer-service orientation, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in a global or multi-location organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, calculated fields, security, testing, or release management.
• Experience supporting compensation programs or audits.
• Experience with HRIS integrations or data migrations.
• Workday or relevant HRIS certification.
