What you will do

• Identify and solve cross-discipline engineering challenges in propulsion, mechanical, and thermal subsystems
• Develop integrated project schedules with measurable milestones
• Track and document project progress and risks
• Serve as liaison between engineering and other stakeholders including supply chain, software, and operations
• Drive risk and opportunity management and implement strategies to meet project schedules
• Collaborate with Program Management team to implement best practices

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• More than 3 years experience in project management and engineering roles
• Strong communication and detail orientation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with creative problem solving

• Familiarity with Jira and Smartsheets
