Logistics Fulfillment Execution Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; additional location: Rochester, New York. Field and onsite visits, warehouse or transportation facility walk-throughs, audit support, and travel may be required.

Salary: $58,800–$102,100 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics, replenishment, warehouse, fulfillment, and transportation plans.
• Monitor execution against service, cost, inventory, capacity, and volume targets, initiating recovery actions when constraints arise.
• Build KPI reports and scorecards covering service, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory health, damages, claims, transportation cost, transit time, velocity, and working capital.
• Lead issue triage, quantify customer impact, route actions across functional teams, and drive follow-up through closure.
• Coordinate with Planning, Transportation, Sales, Distributors, Procurement, Finance, IT, carriers, and 3PLs to align capacity and shipment execution.
• Own execution from order-based delivery creation through delivery, including appointment commitment, order prioritization, expedited shipments, and ship-plan adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining action logs, and driving closure across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis, including ERP, WMS, TMS, and shipment visibility outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear narratives and recommended actions.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift items.

Nice to have

• Experience with transportation planning, carrier performance management, scorecards, QBRs, or corrective actions.
• Knowledge of replenishment planning, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, claims, damages, distributor operations, or customs.
• Exposure to S&OP or S&OE operating models, distributor operations forums, Power BI, Tableau, or structured problem-solving.
