Senior Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist (Cloud)

Location: Remote work is available only within Hungary; office locations are Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, and Szeged.

What you will do

• Manage order-to-cash and billing activities for public cloud products and services.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing based on contracts, consumption data, and internal policies.
• Review invoice quality, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Support customer and partner onboarding into billing and operational processes.
• Advise Sales and Bid teams on pricing, billing models, deal structures, and financial evaluations.
• Drive process improvements, governance compliance, revenue assurance, and financial performance management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in billing, financial operations, invoice management, commercial operations, or cloud business management.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, financial governance, consumption-based billing, and partner environments.
• Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with an independent and structured working style.
• German and English at C1 level required.
