Senior Manager Revenue Operations (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Lead a team of analysts responsible for end-to-end order-to-cash tasks and processes, including activities for newly acquired entities.
• Lead revenue integration projects and support the delivery of significant back-office process and system initiatives.
• Drive process simplification, policy alignment, continuous improvement, and global standardization.
• Own aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal review and approval, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Coordinate with Technology, Finance Systems Strategy, product owners, and clients to identify and resolve billing and transaction issues.
• Develop talent, communicate recommendations to management, and establish effective review, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms.

Requirements

• Solid experience in finance and revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational controls in a high-volume transactional environment with significant reliance on IT systems.
• Experience leading and developing teams while managing competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Six Sigma, BPR, or BPM methodologies in project or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills in a demanding, high-performing work environment.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
