Reconciliation Specialist (Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Retrieve, process, and reconcile bank statements covering payments, refunds, chargebacks, transfers, and costs.
• Investigate unmatched transactions and other reconciliation exceptions.
• Work with banking platforms, internal systems, and Salesforce.
• Contact banks and internal stakeholders when additional information is needed.
• Generate operational reports and complete activities according to internal SLAs and quality standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual activities, including month-end closures, while collaborating with Remittance and Chargeback Resolution teams.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland.
• Recent graduate or at an early stage of a professional career.
• Interest in numbers, structured processes, systems, and detailed investigative work.
• Organized, accurate, responsible, and able to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Curious, willing to learn, and comfortable collaborating with colleagues and asking questions.
• Minimum or no previous reconciliation or payments-industry experience is required.
