Delivery Lead - Candidate Generation (Talent Acquisition)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of sourcers and senior talent consultants.
• Manage workflows, delegate requisitions, and oversee the candidate generation process.
• Build client relationships and provide expertise in sourcing talent, performance, and return on investment.
• Develop sourcing strategies and qualified talent pipelines aligned with business priorities.
• Implement processes, practices, analytics, and strategic plans to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging sourcing technologies, tools, industry trends, and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• Prior Delivery Lead experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a sourcing or recruiting environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and team management skills.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
• Experience with Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, social mining, ATS, CRM, and sourcing technology.
