What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology, Product, and Non-Technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, seniority, competencies, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines across global talent markets.
• Screen and assess candidates, manage engagement, and coordinate structured interview processes.
• Lead offer management, negotiation, and closing for successful candidates.
• Provide talent market insights and improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Technology, Product, and/or Non-Technology roles.
• Strong sourcing, passive candidate engagement, assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work across cultures, time zones, and talent markets.
