Embedded Program Manager (SaaS)

Location: Based in Bentonville, Arkansas or Austin, Texas, with frequent travel to Bentonville, Arkansas. Existing authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Administer Walmart's hirify.global emergency communications platform, including users, permissions, groups, templates, configurations, and organizational data.
• Monitor platform health, conduct administrative audits, and maintain readiness for emergency activations.
• Troubleshoot access, configuration, notification delivery, and other technical issues for administrators and business users.
• Coordinate with hirify.global Support and Engineering on complex issues, documenting resolutions and improvement recommendations.
• Train platform administrators and maintain job aids, standard operating procedures, and training documentation.
• Support feature testing, integrations, operational readiness, KPI reporting, and targeted associate-data imports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, technical account management, program management, or customer success in a client-embedded or dedicated-account role.
• Experience operating independently within a large, decentralized, matrixed enterprise and navigating dual-organization reporting dynamics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and stakeholders across two organizations.
• Hands-on technical platform administration experience, including user and permission management, integrations, and data validation.
• Experience applying AI and emerging technologies to synthesize information, improve decisions, enhance communication, and support customer outcomes.
• Ability to pass Walmart and hirify.global background checks and clearance processes, and to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
