Program Manager, Sales Strategy & Analytics (AI)

Location: Work from home in Pennsylvania, United States. Employees living within 50 miles of an office must work onsite three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; employees outside that radius work remotely.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to define strategic business plans and translate them into organizational direction.
• Develop and execute Medicare micro-market sales and distribution strategies.
• Analyze complex datasets, create forecasts and models, and develop interactive KPI dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional projects and programs, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Identify process and organizational gaps and implement solutions that improve performance, systems, quality, and services.
• Manage project priorities, budgets, and financial implications while supporting growth and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related area, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
• 1–3 years of Medicare or program management experience.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing complex data, developing forecasts and models, and creating data visualizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Understanding of AI trends and the ability to identify AI capabilities that improve processes and strategic positioning.
