Receiving Lead

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; onsite production-floor role. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

What you will do

• Coordinate the activities of receiving and warehouse staff.
• Lead shipping, receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, operational documentation, requisitions, cost calculations, and material-borrow logs.
• Examine incoming shipments for damage or shortages and coordinate resolutions with shippers.
• Update material status and ETAs in the ERP system and maintain shortage reports with resolution status.
• Coordinate with project, production, and other internal teams to resolve material and capacity constraints and communicate risks to production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in planning, production, inventory, or expediting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and an MRP/ERP system.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work while wearing required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, a hard hat, and ear protection.
