Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Fernley, Nevada, USA; onsite work in a distribution and office environment

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations and special projects to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and order fulfillment objectives.
• Monitor operational processes, workflows, performance metrics, and data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Manage departmental budgets covering labor, packaging, maintenance, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, training, overtime, shift rotations, and staffing coverage with Group Leads.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, onboard, and develop employees while managing performance and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, staffing agencies, and cross-functional teams while maintaining payroll, personnel, and operational records.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale automated distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations with budget responsibility.
• Experience leading employees, managing performance, supporting development, and maintaining workplace safety programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, distribution center operations, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, and facilities support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, supervisory, and quality-management skills.
• Ability to work in a distribution and office environment and lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• Experience with AS400, RF/bar-coding technology, and material handling or sortation systems.
