Product Manager – Find & Schedule Care (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates living within 50 miles of corporate locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, or West Virginia must work in a hybrid schedule with three office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, value proposition, roadmap, priorities, experiments, and business case for the Find & Schedule Care experience.
• Own the member-facing access experience for searching for in-network doctors, specialists, and care facilities, viewing availability, and booking care.
• Maintain the accuracy, precision, and relevance of provider directories, scheduling rules, and search results.
• Own and continuously reprioritize the product backlog using input from internal and partner teams.
• Use metrics and qualitative feedback to identify improvements and anticipate future member needs.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and align executive, product, enterprise data, analytics, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience and education.
• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years of software lifecycle experience.
• At least 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Experience managing consumer-facing search, discovery, or scheduling capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise data and analytics teams, data quality, system integrations, data validation feedback loops, complex workflows, and multiple stakeholder groups.
