Product Manager - Analytics & Reporting (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the United States and work in compliance with company policies such as HIPAA.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for client-facing reporting and analytics across the product portfolio.
• Develop consistent KPIs, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and cross-product analytics experiences.
• Translate client, business, and product needs into clear requirements and scalable reporting solutions with Data, Analytics, Engineering, and UX teams.
• Use customer feedback, adoption, usability, satisfaction, and business outcomes to guide prioritization and product improvements.
• Advance self-service analytics and explore benchmarking, predictive insights, AI, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Partner with Client Success, Sales, Implementation, and other stakeholders to support adoption and balance individual requests with scalable product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including analytics, reporting, or other data-driven products.
• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps for client-facing technology or SaaS products.
• Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, data visualization, and analytics-driven customer experiences.
• Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, provider, clinical, employer, or member data.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into product priorities, requirements, and scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; US-based location required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the self-funded or self-insured employer healthcare market.
• Understanding of employer-sponsored health plans, TPAs, brokers, consultants, or healthcare cost drivers.
• Experience developing healthcare analytics or reporting products.
