Product Manager (MedTech)

Location: Draper, Utah; hybrid work with 1–2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the customer experience, product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for an app-based vision exam.
• Plan and execute the roadmap for regulated prescription technology in alignment with customer and business needs.
• Lead customer discovery and validation to identify pain points and improve user experiences.
• Lead an agile software development team and collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, ecommerce, legal, compliance, and customer success.
• Track product metrics and KPIs, using data and A/B testing to guide product decisions.
• Maintain change-management, documentation, validation, privacy, and regulatory-compliance practices before software releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing applications.
• Mobile app product experience is required.
• Experience with advanced mobile technologies such as facial recognition, voice and speech recognition, lidar, device sensors, or similar technologies.
• Experience with detailed documentation, privacy standards, HIPAA, or regular legal and compliance oversight.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical literacy sufficient to discuss algorithms, model performance, data structures, and API behavior with engineers and data scientists.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical devices.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
