Marketing Operations Specialist

Salary: $55,700.00–$83,500.00 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research, propose, and manage events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the creative team on event messaging and communications.
• Oversee event logistics, exhibit planning, meeting space needs, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate corporate events onsite, maintain exhibit inventory, and arrange shipment of materials.
• Manage the event calendar and budgets, prepare event plans, and debrief on performance with marketing, business development, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to provide onsite coordination for corporate events.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks.

Nice to have

• Certified Meeting Planner certification.
