Events Marketing Specialist

Location: Must reside in or near a collaboration hub in Costa Mesa, California; Allen, Texas; or Austin, Texas, United States. The role includes onsite event execution and collaboration with colleagues in person.

Salary: $73,789–$127,901 per year, plus variable pay opportunity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the execution and measurement of trade shows, conferences, client events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and executive programs.
• Develop event strategies with executives, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.
• Create executive communications, partner briefings, planning updates, and post-event business reviews.
• Manage multiple concurrent events, including timelines, logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, risks, and onsite execution.
• Measure return on investment, attendee engagement, and growth to improve event performance and value.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a corporate or B2B environment.
• Experience presenting to high-level partners and influencing outcomes.
• Project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with event planning, budgeting, logistics, trade shows, and event production.
• Must reside in or near one of the designated U.S. collaboration hubs.
