Sr Enterprise Events Manager

Location: Hybrid, with frequent travel to the Greater Seattle area, Washington

Salary: $117,200–$143,200 target annual pay range; full annual pay range of $91,000–$169,400. Performance-based incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise event strategies, concepts, attendee experiences, and operating models.
• Plan, design, execute, and evaluate high-visibility events for employees, members, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Advise executives and senior leaders on event opportunities, risks, experience design, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, volunteers, vendors, agencies, and production partners.
• Own event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage partnerships and service agreements.
• Build scalable planning frameworks, playbooks, logistics strategies, contingency plans, and measurement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of corporate event planning experience, including ownership of large-scale events with 500 or more attendees.
• Experience with event production, logistics, experience design, complex event strategies, and autonomous execution.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and lead through cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stand or move for extended periods, lift more than 40 pounds as needed, and perform physically active event preparation and onsite execution.
