About the Role

You will own assigned products end to end as a technical partner. You will identify operational gaps, prepare teams for launches, create documentation and training, analyze customer feedback, improve cross-functional workflows, and define support strategies from testing through general availability.

Requirements

• Write clear, structured documentation for technical partners and senior decision-makers
• Use SQL to pull, join, and analyze operational metrics
• Have experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation, or product enablement
• Solve problems independently in ambiguous environments
• Build cross-functional relationships and influence change using data and clear reasoning

Responsibilities

• Drive product launch readiness by identifying and resolving documentation, tooling, and process gaps
• Build step-by-step guides, troubleshooting workflows, and training materials for customer-facing teams
• Analyze frontline feedback and operational data to quantify customer pain points
• Represent customer needs to Product Managers and inform the product roadmap
• Fix tooling and process bottlenecks across departments
• Define end-to-end support strategies from early testing through general availability
