Manager, Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid, with three in-person days per week at the Jersey City, NJ headquarters. Candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead corporate infrastructure operations across identity, email, endpoints, cloud, and core enterprise systems.
• Manage, coach, and performance-manage one junior infrastructure engineer.
• Own identity and access management across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory, including MFA, SSO, lifecycle management, and group-based access.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and SharePoint.
• Oversee Azure infrastructure, endpoint management, email security, authentication standards, and endpoint security tooling.
• Deliver infrastructure projects, manage vendors and renewals, and participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation when needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering, including 2+ years of people management.
• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Google Workspace, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf Pro across Windows and macOS.
• Background in email security, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, endpoint security, and networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and infrastructure project delivery skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing 20–30 pounds.

• Certifications in cloud, identity, or IT management.
• Experience in a security-conscious or compliance-driven environment.
