Location: Remote in CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, Puerto Rico, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Candidates must currently live in and continue to live in one of these locations. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally; occasional after-hours work may be required. No relocation assistance is provided.
Hiring range: $100,464–$110,400 annually.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Global Infrastructure team, including workload planning, coaching, capability development, and accountability.
- Partner with IT leadership to execute the global infrastructure roadmap, including priorities, budgets, risks, milestones, and reporting.
- Oversee networks, Azure, Microsoft 365 dependencies, Entra ID, Intune, OneLogin, Cloudflare, servers, VMware or hosted systems, monitoring, backup, and country-office connectivity.
- Establish operating standards, runbooks, lifecycle plans, change controls, metrics, documentation, and vendor accountability.
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity preparedness, including recovery standards, testing, backup reliability, and risk reporting.
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, Applications, Data and Analytics, Facilities, country offices, and vendors on incidents, resilience, access, and service improvements.
Requirements
- Significant and progressive experience in infrastructure, cloud, networks, systems, identity, or technology operations.
- Experience leading distributed infrastructure operations across networks, cloud, servers, identity, backup, monitoring, or resilience.
- Experience establishing operating standards, metrics, lifecycle plans, technical documentation, vendor accountability, and roadmap execution.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
- Experience with Meraki, VMware, infrastructure modernization, monitoring platforms, and technology lifecycle management.
- Ability to work selected early or later U.S. hours, travel up to 15%, and perform occasional after-hours work; unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, COBIT, CIS, cybersecurity, backup, networking, or cloud certification.
- Experience in humanitarian, nonprofit, healthcare, international development, public-sector, or other distributed mission-driven environments.
- Experience coordinating infrastructure across country offices or international locations.
