Technical Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Procure machinery, spare parts, industrial equipment, technical components, and operating supplies for production facilities.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations based on quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
• Manage the full procurement process from quotation requests through purchase orders and invoice verification.
• Ensure reliable and timely material supply for production operations.
• Build supplier relationships, conduct market analyses, and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics teams while supporting technical investment and process optimization projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, or technical/business education.
• Experience in technical purchasing or a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in production equipment and industrial processes.
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and analytical approach with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.
• Strong negotiation skills, supplier confidence, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems are required.
