Supply Chain Specialist (PropTech)

Location: Hybrid, London Office. Flexible working is available, including the option to work abroad.

hirify.global operates a cloud-based proptech platform that helps landlords, letting agents, and property managers manage maintenance, repairs, inspections, and surveys.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery of hirify.global Services work orders across multiple client contracts and contractors.
• Review incoming job leads, verify required information and documents, and configure work orders on the platform.
• Track bookings, completions, and service-level performance, escalating jobs at risk of delay.
• Resolve access, contact, delivery-quality, and other operational issues through to closure.
• Report on work-order status and trends, while supporting client invoicing and contractor payment requests.
• Improve operational workflows so delivery can scale beyond manual follow-up.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in repairs, voids, compliance, or contractor operations within housing or related services.
• Experience managing live jobs against service levels and understanding field-delivery issues.
• Experience using job management, field service, or contractor management platforms.
• Experience working with contractors and knowledge of the trade industry.
• Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, data analysis, autonomy, and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work orders across multiple clients and contractors.

Nice to have

• Experience with inspections or surveys, including stock condition, void checks, damp and mould, post-disrepair, or fire risk.
• Exposure to contractor invoicing, payment approvals, or purchase orders.
• Understanding of Awaab’s Law and the Building Safety Act.
