Senior Product Manager - Agentic Banking

Location: Remote, Canada

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking solutions.
• Define product strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Monitor adoption, product performance, financial results, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
• Represent the product with customers, prospects, industry stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in software product management or a similar role.
• At least 4 years of financial services experience or strong knowledge of banking operations, including compliance, deposits, payments, digital banking, or lending.
• Experience building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and oral English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI solutions such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Understanding of AI systems, including tokenomics, agent development, and skills writing.
