Senior Product Manager

Location: 100% remote within the United States; Missouri listed as the role location

Base salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy, messaging, and product launches.
• Analyze customer needs, competitive positioning, market opportunities, and industry direction.
• Evaluate the feasibility and financial justification of new products and product releases.
• Own the product lifecycle from conception through retirement.
• Collaborate with technical architecture, development, sales, and other functional teams to meet customer, financial, and delivery expectations.
• Lead complex projects or product functions, develop best practices, and advise junior professionals.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in technical product management.
• 4 years of experience in intelligent document processing and/or content automation.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience, Bachelor’s degree with 6 years, or high school diploma with 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with product development processes, marketing strategy, analysis, and project management.
• Ability to lead medium-to-large projects and address complex or high-profile issues through broad analysis and conceptual thinking.
