Product Designer (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Salary: $94,000–$129,250 USD annually

What you will do

• Explore and shape product ideas based on user and business needs.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and deliver UX and UI design across complete user journeys.
• Use prototyping, testing, and user research to validate solutions and guide iteration.
• Apply and contribute to the design system, accessibility practices, and inclusive design standards.
• Present design rationale and trade-offs while partnering with Product, Engineering, UXR, and UXA.
• Support workshops, recruiting, onboarding, peer feedback, and AI literacy across the design team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Experience contributing to multiple shipped projects with solid design craft.
• Strong visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture skills.
• Working knowledge of user research and customer behavior in product contexts.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and align stakeholders through clear rationale.
• Experience using and contributing to design systems for scalable, consistent experiences.
