Senior Product Designer

Location: Hybrid in Miami, Coral Gables; required to work on-site three days per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design, including user journey flows, wireframes, visual designs, UI components, and implementation specifications.
• Use usability studies, surveys, interviews, and product usage metrics to make data-informed design decisions.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and leadership to refine and validate user experiences.
• Map user needs and customer journeys while maintaining high standards for usability, visual quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Contribute to the evolution of the component-based design system and define detailed interactions and behaviors.
• Mentor designers, lead critiques, share best practices, and help raise the quality of the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing user-centric solutions and a strong portfolio demonstrating design process, design thinking, and complex problem solving.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools, with experience working in component-based design systems.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions, lead discussions, and align design with product and business goals.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading design efforts with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• Availability to work on-site three days per week in the Miami, Coral Gables office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise applications with complex customer journeys.
• Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative design environments.
• Understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
