Quality Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Meridian, Idaho, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $60,000–$99,000 USD per year, plus an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Auditors.
• Manage scheduling, standard work, performance tracking, time, and attendance.
• Enforce quality requirements and compliance standards across manufacturing and inspection zones.
• Maintain quality-system documentation, work instructions, forms, non-conforming material logs, LPAs, Gemba walks, and shift checklists.
• Lead root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving events to address defects, non-conforming materials, and production bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Safety teams to improve quality and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO/QS 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation.
• Experience leading quality teams and driving continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
• Prior specialized Quality Supervision experience.
• Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Auditor certification.
