Quality Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: North Little Rock, Arkansas, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Domestic relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the Quality Inspection team and oversee inspections of fabrications, painted parts, sub-assemblies, partially assembled machines, and fully assembled machines.
• Ensure product quality and conformance with hirify.global Quality Standards while improving inspection safety and efficiency.
• Manage staffing needs, work assignments, timekeeping, completion dates, and consistent application of organizational requirements.
• Drive root cause corrective action, continuous improvement, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 initiatives.
• Train, develop, recognize, and provide constructive feedback to staff.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the ability to design, implement, test, and maintain QMS processes.
• Strong communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and experience in a quality-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to influence and lead hourly direct reports.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and assess the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights.
