Group Product Manager (AI)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $200,000–$325,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define product strategy and major product bets for AI-native video creation.
• Translate research and engineering advances in generative models into reliable, intuitive products and workflows.
• Design creative systems spanning intent, generation, editing, iteration, and publishing.
• Evaluate generated media for quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and creative usefulness.
• Own products from problem definition and prototyping through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers while raising the bar for product judgment and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years in roles involving exceptional product judgment.
• Direct experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
• Deep fluency in generative media, including video, image, audio, and multimodal products.
• Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping with modern AI models and tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and technical product communication skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and forming clear priorities from loosely defined problems.
