Director of Product Operations (AI)

Location: USA — Remote

Salary: $280,000–$310,000 base salary annually, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Maintain the product organization’s single source of truth for commitments, milestones, dependencies, roadmap status, and delivery confidence.
• Own the end-to-end new product introduction process, including stage gates, readiness reviews, beta programs, go/no-go decisions, and post-launch retrospectives.
• Align product roadmaps with engineering delivery plans, release trains, capacity, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Build models connecting roadmap decisions to ARR, retention, expansion, competitive displacement, product P&L inputs, and investment returns.
• Coordinate partner, marketing, sales, support, and customer success deliverables throughout planning and launch cycles.
• Run weekly business reviews and prepare executive- and board-level materials on product performance, roadmap status, launch readiness, and investment outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience operating product processes across product management, engineering, program management, finance, marketing, sales, support, and executive leadership.
• Ability to establish lightweight standards for PRDs, roadmaps, release readiness, launch documentation, and product metrics.
• Strong analytical skills for revenue modeling, scenario analysis, resource allocation, product metrics, and business cases.
• Ability to manage cross-functional accountability, surface delivery risks early, and drive decisions through closure.
• Comfort working in an AI-first environment and rapidly adopting advanced AI tools.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.
