Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year

hirify.global is building a software platform for beverage alcohol retailers that combines point of sale, payments, back office, and e-commerce capabilities.

What you will do

• Own the design of back-office workflows for customer orders, transactions, payments, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead merchant discovery through interviews, usability testing, and in-store visits when possible.
• Turn complex financial and operational information, including payouts, fees, reports, and transaction histories, into clear experiences.
• Design responsive products for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems, challenge assumptions, and bring designs to production.
• Contribute to the design system and participate in roadmap planning and post-launch iteration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product or UX design experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end work across research, problem framing, and shipped products.
• Experience designing data-heavy web products such as dashboards, reports, or transaction views.
• Strong research, visual design, interaction design, and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an R&D environment.
• Proficiency with Figma and Claude, with the ability to prototype quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex B2B or operational workflows in retail, logistics, or similar domains.
• Experience designing integrations, settings, or configuration flows for third-party tools.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow or designing AI-assisted experiences.
• Frontend development exposure or a strong understanding of design-to-build handoff.
