Project Manager – Security Cleared (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: UK-based role requiring at least five years of UK residency and the right to work in the UK; work may be remote, at client locations, or from offices in Godalming and Milton Keynes.

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Own the definition, planning, documentation, governance, assurance, and delivery of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, delivery momentum, and project lifecycle transitions.
• Select and apply Agile, Waterfall, Lean, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project context.
• Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage expectations, and facilitate difficult discussions.
• Manage suppliers, government business cases, benefits realisation strategies, financial controls, and senior reporting.
• Build collaborative delivery teams, remove blockers, and improve organisational processes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technology projects in complex business and operational environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, recognised project management frameworks, and delivery tools.
• Strong planning, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture and experience maintaining governance, financial controls, and project oversight.
• Eligibility for a minimum of Security Check clearance, at least five years of UK residency, and the right to work in the UK are required.
