Assistant Technologist (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot technology systems and solve user problems to support efficient work.
• Support Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
• Develop skills with IT automation and administration tools, including JAMF, Active Directory, Fog, and Ansible.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based technology infrastructure and workflows.
• Work closely with the Technology team and collaborate with the Head of Technology Infrastructure, Head of I/O, and Lead Technologist.
• Participate in an ongoing personal progression and development plan.

Requirements

• Interest in working in a creative studio and pursuing a technical career.
• Technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, multitasking, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication and the ability to manage expectations.
• Detail-oriented, organised, service-oriented, and receptive to direction and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work onsite in London five days per week.
