Digital Infrastructure Engineer (AdTech)

Location: Holborn, London or Leicester Square, London; the role supports infrastructure across the UK and Ireland and includes regular overnight installations and operational work.

What you will do

• Develop and improve digital infrastructure in line with agreed designs, standards, and protocols.
• Own third-line incidents through resolution, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Plan, implement, and review infrastructure changes and deployments.
• Work with project teams, technology teams, suppliers, and on-site installers on end-to-end technical delivery.
• Provide technical support to first-line teams during live incidents and deployments.
• Take technical responsibility for planned installations and operational activities, including overnight work.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments, Linux, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), IIS, or Apache.
• Experience with networking, remote management tools, and scripting tools such as PowerShell.
• Experience implementing technical solutions, integrating off-the-shelf products, and supporting small- to medium-sized technical projects.
• Experience using IT service management tools in an ITIL-aligned environment, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience supporting digital advertising, digital signage, or a comparable live content management platform.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues, suppliers, and customer-facing teams while prioritising by impact and risk.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent.
